The Titan application collects device location information, including approximate and precise location, when location access is enabled on your mobile device and permitted by you.

Location information collected by Titan includes:

• Location details recorded while an assigned field service task or trip is active.

2. How Location Data Works in Titan

The Titan application is built for field-service operations managed by Essar Pneumatics and Equipment. Location information enables the organization to track and manage field-service activities, route tracking, and service visits.

Typical workflow in Titan:

1. A field service technician logs into Titan and starts an assigned service visit or trip.
2. Titan requests the necessary location permission from the device user.
3. During an active service trip, Titan receives periodic location updates.
4. Location updates record travel history and visit verification for operational management.
5. Background location access may be utilized during active tracking sessions if permitted by the user and enabled for that trip.
6. When the trip or service activity is ended, location collection stops.

3. Why We Use Location Information

Location information in Titan is used strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To track service trip progress and travel routes.
• To document field service activity history and attendance.
• To associate service records with customer site locations.
• To enhance logistics, routing, and field operations efficiency.
• To address operational disputes or verify visit details.

4. When Location Is Collected

Location data is collected while an active trip or field service duty is in progress within the Titan application. This may include background location tracking if explicitly authorized by the user for active trip monitoring. Location collection is never active outside of field-service tasks.

5. How Data Is Shared

All location and operational data collected by Titan is securely transmitted to authorized backend servers operated by Essar Pneumatics and Equipment. Access is strictly limited to authorized enterprise personnel.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data or location data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Location and service data collected through Titan is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, contractual, and legal requirements of Essar Pneumatics and Equipment.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information processed through Titan against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

8. User Permissions and Controls

Users can enable or disable location permissions at any time through their device OS settings. Disabling location permissions may limit certain location-dependent features within Titan.

Titan may process user account credentials, device identifiers, service ticket logs, and app interaction logs to ensure secure access and proper app functionality.

10. Children's Privacy

Titan is an enterprise field-service application intended solely for authorized personnel and business users. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
